1 The rates of factory manufactured rates obviously vary with the kind of wood used in their manufacture. Some prevailing rates are given below to give a real idea to the house builders of the market rates:

Rates of especially designed main entrance doors, antique doors and carved
doors are more than double the rates of paneled doors. Main doors with a
semi circular top are still more costlier.
